Our Dropsolid DXP product in combination with our solution services ensure that our customers can build a real Digital Experience. With our open source Dropsolid DXP, marketers build hyper-personalized experiences across all digital channels and developers build a scalable website with open technology. We start by building a digital strategy and look for the right converting solutions. A powerful Drupal 10 website, a multimarket platform in 25 different languages or a hyper-personalized marketing automation flow? And it doesn't stop there! After the sale, we guide the customer and offer the opportunity to further expand the digital experience or rely on one of our extensive (marketing) services.
As a Business Developer you are responsible for managing and expanding our international customer portfolio. You will start with an existing customer portfolio and are encouraged to discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for developing sustainable customer relationships, you provide commercial guidance and always think critically with the customer.
- You will work closely with digital marketing colleagues, service delivery managers, solution architects and the sales team.
- You ensure that value for the customer is delivered according to the projected return on experience/investment. You always ensure that the customer receives the correct value.
- You manage the commercial strategy in the field of marketing and technology and determine the next step together with the customer.
- During a commercial process, you are responsible for smooth and clear communication between the different teams within Dropsolid.
Job requirements
- Experience as a Business Developer, preferably in the digital sector.
- Knowledge of or affinity with the sale of SaaS products and/or digital services, Enterprise software, open source and/or Drupal technology.
- The mindset to always think in terms of customer centricity. You have smooth commercial skills. You build a relationship of trust with your customer, detect needs and requirements and respond to them.
- A results-oriented attitude, shows enormous commitment and is triggered by commercial targets.
- A strong dose of self-confidence supplemented with a healthy dose of creativity.
- The drive, together with the sales team, to strive to achieve the targets.
- The motivation to further develop and maintain existing customer relationships.
- A fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
