To continue our story, we are looking for a passionate functional analyst who wants to create impact for our clients! As a functional analyst, you advise the customer on a wide range of issues. You translate current digital possibilities into concrete solutions that are tailored to the wishes and needs of our customers. Your knowledge of the digital landscape plays a crucial role in this, since you advise about the possibilities and opportunities for their business.

Responsibilities that excite you:

• You are interested in the business and the needs of the customer and ask the right questions.
• You translate the customer's needs into a functional analysis that is used as a blueprint for the development of websites, webshops and other online applications.
• Together with the UX designers, you work out the prototypes, mockups, screenflows and wireframes to support a finished functional analysis.
• You organise and lead workshops with the customer in which you distil the information from the discussions analytically and ensure a crystal-clear functional analysis.
• You process the statistics from various tools to underpin your verbal and written advice.

Job requirements

You identify with the following skillset:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the digital sector, possibly combined with previous work experience as a (Drupal) developer.
• Knowledge of processes such as design thinking or similar.
• Practical experience with prototype software such as Figma, Axure or Balsamiq and knowledge of the best practices of user-friendly design.
• Knowledge of how CMS systems (preferably Drupal) work and how they can be used for our customers.
• Experience with a wide range of tools to reinforce your analyses and digital advice Google Ads, Screamingfrog, MOZ, Hubspot. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar and Optimizely is a plus.
• Appetite to work in an agile way.
• The ability to speak the language of the customer as well as the language of our designers and developers.
• A strong sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking.
• Smooth customer communication skills and experience with leading workshops and giving presentations.
• Aptitude for following up the preparatory process with the customer in a structured and planned way.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• Experience as a UX designer is a plus.
